Mae Cymunedau yn Gyntaf yn raglan sydd wedi’iw ariannu gan Llywodraeth Cymru er mwyn taclo tlodi, ac yn cael ei dargedu yn y cymunedau mwyaf difreintiedig yng Nghymru. Ei nod yw gwella ansawdd bywyd trigolion drwy prif themâu allweddol sef Iechyd, Ffynniannus ac Addysg. Dymar meysydd lle mae ymyriadau yn fwyaf effeithiol o ran gwella cyfleoedd bywyd unigolion a chryfhau’r cymunedau lle maent yn byw.

This app was developed for Communities First Gwynedd.

Communities First is the Welsh Government’s flagship anti-poverty programme, and is targeted at the most deprived communities in Wales as measured on the Welsh Index of Multiple Deprivation. It aims to improve the quality of life experienced by residents and to lift aspirations. It does so through addressing the key themes of Health, Prosperous and Education. These are the areas where interventions are most effective in improving life chances of individuals & strengthening the communities in which they live.
